Returns

We at Aloe Plus International ensure all products are run through robust quality tests before offering to our customers. We do highly encourage our customers to buy our samples first before buying larger quantities, however there may be various reasons for return/exchange.

If you wish to return/exchange our product, products can be returned within 10 business days for a refund/credit/exchange from the date of receipt of shipment. All products returned must be intact, unopened and in original sealed condition.

Products sold as samples (all 15 ml products), final clearances, liquidations or wholesale orders cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded. If the order is returned/exchanged/refunded for reasons other than errors on part of Aloe Plus International, a re-stocking fee of 15% or minimum of $10 whichever is greater will be charged. We accept orders only placed through either our website or through an electronic mail. Any errors in orders made by Aloe Plus International on the electronic order or website order, we will repay for shipping costs for sending you the correct order.

All returns must be shipped by ground Postal Service. If returned by any other shipping method, customers will be responsible for any surplus charges.

Cancellations

All order cancellations will be charged a re-stocking charges of 15% regardless of order status including the back-ordered and out of stock items.

Refunds

All refunds may take upto 2 weeks to be processed and will be returned in the original form of payment.
